Soak
rice noodles in very hot water for 15 mins until soft. Quickly dip wrappers in
hot water. Layer ingredients on wrapper. Fold bottom of wrapper over
ingredients on wrapper. Fold sides, roll up, place seam side down on plate.

TB creamy peanut butter

TB GF Hoisin sauce

Put
all the ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Garnish with chopped
peanuts. Store any leftovers in the fridge,
